Hilary Fong
Born in Hong Kong, I came to Sydney in the 1970s, where I completed my university education. After spending 25 years of my career in pharmaceutical manufacturing, I was grateful for the opportunity to join Baxter Healthcare in 2001. I am glad to be part of a team that has continuously sustained growth, in real terms. This success can be credited to the combined effort of teamwork, planning and commitment.

My job is always stimulating because there is always room for improvement and new challenges to conquer. For example, whilst we cannot offer our palliative care patients a magical cure, we do our best to make a positive difference. In this regard, we take pride in being able meet their needs by delivering the medical supplies that they rely on for their survival. More importantly, we build our business on providing our hospitals with more efficient and reliable services.
