  • Baxter operates state-of-the-art Technical Service Centre in Auckland, providing a complete after sales service for all Baxter medical devices
  • Our experienced technicians and engineers draw on global expertise from Baxter centres around the world, to ensure we meet our aim of making a meaningful difference to customers by solving issues first time every time

Operational Support

  • Operational support is provided via a 24/7 service for home patients and their carers using Baxter products for Peritoneal Dialysis and Parenteral Nutrition
  • All other Baxter products are supported during normal business hours

Product Repairs

  • Product repairs are performed by our certified technicians using factory approved parts and procedures
  • Our technicians use the latest techniques both in-house and out in the field
  • All repairs include recalibration and electrical safety testing before being released to the customer

Technical Training

  • Regular technical training classes are held for customers, technicians and operators of Baxter devices
  • Delivered by Baxter’s certified trainers
  • Held at the Baxter training centre or at a facility nominated by the customer
  • Courses cover therapy overview, clinical/operator overview, electronic function and maintenance, and calibration procedures

Parts Ordering

  • Parts ordering is made easy by contacting the Baxter Service Centre during business hours
  • Information on part numbers, pricing and availability can be provided on request
  • Parts availability and support are provided for the life of the product

Service Agreements

  • Service agreements are available for all Baxter products to ensure high performance and prolonged product life
  • Agreements cover comprehensive service and preventative maintenance
