The service provides timely delivery of parenteral nutrition solutions and treatment supplies direct to people’s door.

The Baxter Out of Hospital Parenteral Nutrition Service team consists of Nutrition Product Specialists, Nurses, Pharmacists and Customer Support Specialists.

Dedicated HomeCare Customer Support Team:

  • Manage the scheduled delivery of ancillary supplies to the patient’s home
  • Act as a first point of contact for clinicians and home patients requiring assistance with parenteral nutrition ancillaries
  • Arrange delivery of ambulatory pump which is available for loan with a back pack
  • Door-to-door delivery service

Pharmacy Team:

  • Manage the production of the parenteral nutrition solutions and their delivery
  • Act as a point of contact for clinicians wishing to change parenteral nutrition solutions and to request solutions for new patients on Out of Hospital parenteral nutrition
  • Provide product stability information to clinicians
